Sweet Water High School’s Dominic Holt and Thomasville High’s Jake Overstreet were two of the individual winners last Thursday as the Alabama Sports Writers Association announced the Back and Lineman of the Year at a banquet at Birmingham-Southern. All six classes in the Alabama High School Athletic Association as well the AISA have a back and lineman winner.

Jackson High School student, Logan Murphy, of Jackson, was recently presented with a 30GB iPod® from Alabama Southern Community College. Murphy is the son of Susie and Terry Murphy of Jackson.
